Cold season is approaching. Fortunately we have a special recipe to stay healthy during the cold season. Ginger has long been known to help with stomach aches, heartburn relief, and to fight the cold. Ample amounts of lemon in this tea deliver a healthy dose of Vitamin C for immunity and the honey sweetens it up a little. 

What you need

  • 1 Tbs. grounded Ginger
  • 1 slice of Lemon
  • 1 Tbs. of Honey
  • 1 Cup of boiling water.
